U.S. martial arts legend Chuck Norris visited Army’s Ironhorse Brigade

The legendary U.S. actor visited a no less famous Army’s Ironhorse Brigade on Tuesday.

Chuck Norris together with the camera crew visited the base of the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, officially called Ironhorse Brigade.

The U.S. Army’s Ironhorse Brigade announced on its Facebook account that the 2nd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment (2-8 CAV), 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division (1st ABCT, 1st CD) had the amazing opportunity to host Chuck Norris for an up close and personal look at the M1A2 “Abrams” main battle tank.

Soldiers with the 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division wrote in response to Ironhorse Brigade’s post: “Yes this actually happened today!!! Chuck Norris is now an Honorary Stallion Spur Holder. Don’t want to catch a roundhouse to the face with those on!”

It is reported that the legendary actor is hosting a documentary series that will be broadcasted sometime in July of this year and Abrams tank will be one of the heroes of the episode.

Chuck Norris (real name Carlos Ray Norris) is an American martial artist, actor, film producer and screenwriter. After serving in the United States Air Force, he competed as a martial artist, won many championships, and he has since founded his own school of fighting, Chun Kuk Do. Norris is a black belt in Tang Soo Do, Brazilian jiu jitsu and Judo.
